We are seeking an Education Coordinator to join our team in the Primary and Public Health Care department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective education programs across various practice areas.
Key Responsibilities:- We will develop and implement education programs that meet the needs of healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and develop strategies for improvement.
- Provide guidance on curriculum design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Support the development of educational materials and resources.
- Maintain accurate records of program implementation and evaluation results.
- A postgraduate qualification in nursing or midwifery is essential for ongoing appointment.
- Experience in nurse education and coordination is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.
