About the Role

As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving technical implementation and successful customer outcomes. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, leading them through seamless onboarding, integration, and optimization phases of their journey with our product suite.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge and provide expert guidance to drive optimal product utilization by customers.
  • Understand customers' business models to align product capabilities with their long-term business strategies.
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to customers, driving business value and innovation.
  • Establish a systematic approach to gather and analyze customer feedback ensuring requirements are addressed by respective teams.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer-facing roles in software companies, preferably SaaS product companies.
  • Demonstrated excellence in building and maintaining strategic client relationships.
  • Advanced technical proficiency with proven ability to master complex software systems and technology stacks.
  • Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal).
