Transformation and Delivery Excellence Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to support a major transformation program by bridging business needs with technical solutions.

The successful candidate will be engaged on an initial contract, with the option for an extension, and flexible work arrangements in Sydney or Melbourne. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing and translating business needs into meaningful technical requirements
  • Collaborating with business SMEs and IT teams to deliver effective technology solutions
  • Leading workshops and stakeholder discussions to elicit and document requirements using Agile delivery methodology and user stories
  • Creating user interface designs in line with User Centric Design (UCD) and Australian Government accessibility standards

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of Australia's most important public sector transformation programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery methodology
  • Proven experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management using industry-standard tools
  • Strong skills in process modelling (BPMN), data analysis, and solution assessment
