Senior Emergency Management Intelligence Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead emergency management analytics, insights, and assurance.
This role involves turning complex data into clear, actionable intelligence that drives decision-making, readiness, and improvement across our organisation.
- Analysis and interpretation of emergency event and readiness data will be key responsibilities.
- Leading post-incident reviews and lessons learned programs is another critical aspect.
- Identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities is also essential.
About the Role
This position requires a seasoned professional with at least 8 to 10 years of experience in Business Improvement or Analyst positions.
A tertiary level qualification in Business Management, Information Technology, or related disciplines is also necessary.
Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools is required.
Proven ability to analyse and explain the drivers behind performance thresholds is also essential.
Requirements
- A strong track record of analytical skills and stakeholder management.
- Strategic thinking with proven problem-solving ability.
- Experience in process improvement and training delivery.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar models.
