Job Description:

A seasoned professional with extensive knowledge and expertise gained through at least 8 to 10 years in Business Improvement or Analyst positions.

  • Analyse and interpret emergency event and readiness data
  • Lead post-incident reviews and lessons learned programs
  • Identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities

Support operational readiness by identifying risks, capability gaps and improvement opportunities through both qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Develop and maintain dashboards and situational awareness tools (e.g. WebEOC)

Deliver high-quality reports and insights for senior leaders

Coordinate after-action reviews, ensuring findings are integrated into broader improvement and assurance frameworks.

Support training for staff on emergency data platforms, reporting tools, and lessons processes.
