About this Role

This role involves working closely with national delivery teams to support project-related deliverables, creating reports for client and internal stakeholders on project progress and milestones, and assisting with program administration and support activities such as meeting organisation, document control, data entry, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the PMO Team in delivering effective program management for capital works projects.
  • Create reports to inform stakeholders of project progress and milestones.
  • Liaise with teams to ensure timely delivery of project-related tasks.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including documentation, data entry, and system maintenance.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop solutions to accuracy issues or gaps in data systems.
