About this Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated retail professional to fill the role of Online Retail Operations Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for leading a team of personal shoppers to select and pack online orders efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of personal shoppers to select and pack online orders in-store
- Collaborate with department managers to achieve sales targets and cost control goals
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management
- Foster a culture that prioritizes diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Develop and coach your team to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing and coaching teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Able to work flexibly, including afternoons and evenings, to meet business needs
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
