We're seeking an experienced retail professional to lead our team and drive business results.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership position in a high-volume retail environment. You'll be responsible for managing the financial performance of the store, forecasting and planning daily work and resource requirements, and implementing strategies to reduce shrinkage and expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the financial performance of the store, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Forecast and plan daily work and resource requirements to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and expenses, and improve inventory management practices.
  • Enhance the overall customer experience by providing excellent service and promoting our products.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a big box or high-volume retail environment.
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Retail administration experience, including rostering, stock management, and strategic planning.
  • Safety leadership skills, with experience driving and championing safety initiatives in a high-volume environment.
