Join us as a Cash Processing Associate where you will be responsible for verifying cash deposits, processing transactions and maintaining accurate records.

This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and security of our financial operations.

You will verify assigned work and inspect deposit bags for evidence of tampering, reconcile any out-of-balance conditions, and maintain compliance with all company policies including state and federal regulations.

In addition, you will identify Counterfeit, Suspicious Activity (SAR), and any potential AML Red Flag Transactions and immediately report same to your supervisor.

Your duties will also include verifying cash settlements are accurate and transferring funds to appropriate vaults, identifying and sharing process improvement opportunities, and working independently without direct supervision or oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify cash deposits and process transactions
  • Maintain accurate records and reconcile any discrepancies
  • Identify and report suspicious activity and potential AML red flags
  • Verify cash settlements and transfer funds to appropriate vaults
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Cash handling and balancing experience is highly desirable
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field preferred
  • Strong data entry skills and experience
  • Detail-oriented with basic math skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs as needed
