Change Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Professional to drive alignment between transformation goals and project execution within the Talent Team.

This role includes managing change initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and communication, as well as project management responsibilities for seamless delivery of Talent-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the change process.
  • Monitor the progress of change initiatives and assess effectiveness.
  • Lead specific projects, workstreams or deliverables and support the planning and delivery of Talent-related projects.

Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to gain support and buy-in for change initiatives. Develop and deliver communication plans and training programs that facilitate a smooth transition.

Required Skills and Attributes:
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end change with a strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple large, complex projects, processes, and/or initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience identifying problems at an early stage and solving them, while working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
