Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Education Director to spearhead our educational program and lead a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the early childhood education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive educational program that promotes children's well-being, development, and learning.
  • Lead a team of educators, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with parents, staff, and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, making informed decisions to drive excellence.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and creativity within the team.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role within an early childhood education setting.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven programs and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and make informed decisions.
