Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting tests and monitoring quality and process-related issues to ensure continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct laboratory tests in accordance with company and government requirements
  • Monitor and report on quality and process-related issues
  • Investigate and analyze root causes of quality issues
  • Communicate with stakeholders on technical and quality-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques
  • Previous experience working in a laboratory, preferably in a food/dairy manufacturing environment
  • Experience in process root cause investigation and analysis
  • Excellent communication and computer literacy skills
