
Office Administrator

This is a permanent full-time position with 38 hours per week. The role is to provide administrative support and customer service to an outpatient facility.
The ideal candidate will have experience in providing phone and face-to-face customer service in a high-volume setting, with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in using client database registration systems preferably in a health/medical setting.
- Experience working within a team to meet high-volume customer related enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Understanding of medical billing requirements.
Provide administrative support to various clinics within the centre with both front-line and back-office components.
Deliver high-quality patient care and adhere to the hospital's commitment to Patient and Family Centred Care.
RequirementsCandidate must have demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and billing procedures is essential.
