Learning Support Specialist

This role involves providing individualized learning support to students with diverse needs, working collaboratively with primary school teachers and parents to create an inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide liaison services between primary school teachers and the Head of Student Learning and Support to deliver individualized interventions for students.
- Collaborate with primary school teachers to develop curriculum that supports student learning and provides guidance on managing student behavior.
- Facilitate documentation related to student learning progress and outcomes in collaboration with primary school teachers.
- A committed Christian who is actively involved in their local church community.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's growth and development in a learning context.
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in learning support or special education.
- Experience in working with students with disabilities in a school setting.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to provide differentiated learning support, and demonstrate a caring and patient approach when working with young learners and teaching staff.
They should also understand and commit to maintaining a child-safe environment in line with school policies and have relevant qualifications and/or experience in this area.
