Learning Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the learning needs of students in a full-time role at Belmont Christian College.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary liaison between teachers and students, providing individualised support and interventions
- Collaborate with teachers to develop curriculum and strategies for supporting students with diverse needs
- Provide guidance and support to teachers in managing student behaviour and developing positive learning environments
- Facilitate communication between teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure student well-being and progress
This role requires a commitment to Christian education and a passion for working with students with diverse needs. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to provide differentiated and individualised learning support.
Requirements:- Master's or Bachelor's degree in learning support or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with students with disabilities in an education setting
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality education and care to students with diverse needs.
