Underground Mining Technical Specialist

This position requires an experienced Senior Mining Engineer to work in a technical presales opportunity, supporting and growing our underground software business. The ideal candidate will have site-based experience in an UG mine production or operational planning role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical demonstrations and input into proposals and tenders, as well as leading software evaluations and proof-of-concept builds. They will also support customer success during implementation and training, and contribute to product development through feedback and regional testing.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with business development managers to identify and develop opportunities
- Deliver technical presentations and input into proposals and tenders
- Lead software evaluations and proof-of-concept implementations
- Support customer success during onboarding and training
- Assist with campaign events, conferences, and promotions
- Contribute to product development through user feedback and regional testing
- UG mine production or operational planning experience
- Expertise in UG mine planning and scheduling systems
- Technical consulting or pre-sales experience highly advantageous
- Tertiary earth science or engineering qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
