About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled program delivery professional to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of digital projects. They will support project team members and foster a collaborative culture within the Digital Program Delivery team and across other related project delivery teams.

This role will require structured planning, proactive risk management, and collaborative stakeholder engagement to achieve lasting solutions. They will need to proactively monitor and manage cross-team dependencies, stakeholders, and encourage collaboration and communication so everyone is aware of their responsibilities and shared outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing digital programs or projects, knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and proficiency in using project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support the Digital Program Delivery team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversight of end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance project team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement, with the ability to implement and promote best practices in digital program delivery.

Selection Criteria:

  • Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing digital programs or projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading project teams and managing multiple, complex digital projects from inception through to completion.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities and adapting to changing project demands.
