Location: Hobart, Tasmania

Salary Package: $90,000 – $135,000 PA (commensurate with experience)

We are a leading digital print business seeking an experienced Digital Print Manager to oversee our production operations, client relationships, and growing team. This is a rare opportunity to lead a modern, fast-paced print facility in Hobart.

The position will be measured against KPIs including on time delivery, quality standard and client satisfaction.

The Role

  • Manage all aspects of digital print production, ensuring quality, efficiency, and deadlines are met
  • Oversee and mentor production and front of house staff, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment
  • Liaise with clients, providing exceptional customer service and technical advice
  • Work closely with senior management to deliver strategic outcomes and production improvements
  • Maintain strong knowledge of print technologies, workflows, and scheduling
  • Maintain KPI of 95% customer retention
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of the business

About You

  • Proven experience in production print management (digital / offset)
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing staff and production teams
  • Excellent client management and communication abilities
  • A practical understanding of print processes, workflows, and industry standards
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to problem-solve under pressure
