The ideal candidate will have experience in handling reservations, amendments, and cancellations for clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Proficiency in GDS systems such as Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus is required to book flights, hotels, and other travel services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle reservations, amendments, and cancellations for clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize GDS systems to book flights, hotels, and other travel services.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with travel inquiries and offering expert recommendations.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to coordinate travel arrangements and resolve booking issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of reservations, transactions, and customer communications.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a travel consultant or reservations role.
  • GDS Expertise Required: Proficiency in Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy is essential when handling bookings and client information.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
