Mechanical HVAC Engineer in Training Opportunity

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to kickstart your career in the Mechanical HVAC industry? MRAEL is currently seeking a 2nd - 3rd Year Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Apprentice to join their team at Johnson Controls Australia.

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for someone with a passion for hands-on work, eager to learn and develop their skills in system installation, maintenance, and commissioning. If you're a quick learner with a positive attitude and excellent time management skills, this position could be the perfect fit for you.

We are particularly interested in candidates with commercial HVAC experience, especially those who have worked on high-rise city-based projects. The successful candidate will have access to company-provided training, mentorship, and support throughout their apprenticeship.

The key requirements for this role include:

  • A valid Artic license (trainee) to handle refrigerants
  • A current drivers license
  • Basic hand tools

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive award wage, which includes:

  • $1200-$1500 per week (based on Queensland award wages)

This full-time apprenticeship offers a minimum of 38 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday. As a valued employee of MRAEL, you'll also receive a company vehicle and fuel card, making it easy to get to and from work.
