As a Senior EUC Engineer for the ANZ region, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining services within our worldwide technology division, known as Enterprise Technology Services (ETS). This position encompasses a blend of routine operational support and the provision of specialized expertise on projects ranging from small to large scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and document systems, solutions, and policies comprehensively.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities effectively.
  • Evaluate existing systems and processes to formulate preventative maintenance strategies.
  • Provide third-level support for implemented solutions.
  • Collaborate with vendors to address incidents as necessary.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee tasks to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders with shared objectives.
  • Select appropriate standards, methods, tools, and applications for various tasks.
  • Recognize the significance of security in your work and the organization’s operations.
  • Alert the business to potential risks as needed.
  • Convey complex information to non-technical audiences effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Experience in end user computing.
  • Relevant industry certifications or experience.
  • Familiarity with FCTG systems is a plus.
  • A degree in IT is preferred.
  • Experience in scripting and automation is advantageous.
