Design Director - Child Development AI

We are seeking an exceptional Design Director to spearhead the design of our revolutionary AI-powered co-pilot for child development. As a key member of our founding team, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience and driving design innovation.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a talented team of innovators and pioneers in the field of AI-powered child development. You will work closely with our AI Engineer to create an AI-native user experience that sets a new standard for the industry.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Lead the design of agent-backed conversational interfaces, leveraging powerful AI technology to enhance human usability and needs.
  2. Cover the full breadth of UX across both parent and clinical practitioner experiences, from interfaces and data flows to chat interactions and engagement design.
  3. Embed scalable processes to solve design challenges, from design systems to launching MVPs, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility.
  4. Shape the experience direction of our product, rooted in deep user empathy and driven by a passion for delivering simple, accessible, and delightful solutions.
