Injury Claims Case Manager

EML supports injured workers and employers through our dedicated services. As part of our team, you will contribute to the return-to-work journey of individuals.
Your Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to injured workers and employers.
- Manage worker's compensation claims efficiently and effectively within legislative guidelines.
- Provide outstanding end-to-end outcomes for a portfolio of cases.
- Maintain accurate and clear communication with stakeholders.
About You:
- Prior experience in fast-paced environments with competing priorities such as customer service, medical reception, or call centre.
- Strong PC skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Empathetic, resilient, and solutions-focused when managing complex situations.
