Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to injured workers and employers.
  • Manage worker's compensation claims efficiently and effectively within legislative guidelines.
  • Provide outstanding end-to-end outcomes for a portfolio of cases.
  • Maintain accurate and clear communication with stakeholders.

About You:

  • Prior experience in fast-paced environments with competing priorities such as customer service, medical reception, or call centre.
  • Strong PC skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Empathetic, resilient, and solutions-focused when managing complex situations.
