Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized care and support to clients based on their individual needs and goals
- Assist with daily living activities such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Provide transportation and escort services as needed
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Current Police Screening Certificate
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- A reliable roadworthy vehicle with current registration and comprehensive insurance
- Current Queensland driver's licence
- First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Proof of immunity or willingness to become vaccinated against certain diseases
About the Role:
This is a permanent part-time position, and we are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work a varied roster. You will be working as part of a close-knit team, supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $29.24 per hour plus paid travel time between clients
- NFP Salary Packaging and entertainment card totalling $18,550 per year
- Uniform and laundry allowance
- Paid kilometres and travel time between clients
