Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-time Sales Assistant to join our Palmerston store team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, building strong relationships with regular customers, and providing fashion consultation in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer
  • Build rapport with regular customers and recognize loyal customers to provide personalized service
  • Stay on top of stock levels, manage visual merchandising, and support sales floor activities
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales results and drive business growth
  • Participate in rotational weekend roster, including late-night trade, and be flexible to work in various areas of the store
