Logistics Management Role

We're seeking a seasoned leader to drive strategic growth and operational excellence across our retail contracts. As National Manager – General Merchandise, you'll lead a national team to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective transport solutions, ensuring service excellence and commercial performance across all contracts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving strategic growth and operational excellence across all contracts
  • Building strong customer relationships and ensuring service excellence
  • Leading national P&L performance and commercial outcomes
  • Championing safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Developing future leaders through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning

This is a high-impact national role within our Retail team, perfect for a dynamic and strategic leader who inspires high-performing teams and builds trusted, long-term partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to lead with confidence, driving strong performance and team engagement
  • Proven success in delivering results across complex operations and national contracts
  • Sharp commercial insight with a proven ability to influence and engage key stakeholders
  • A strong commitment to safety, exceptional customer service, and developing high-performing teams
  • Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline is highly regarded
