Job Role:

We are seeking professionals with a background in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling to fill this role.

About the Job:
  • This is a key position for providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with various conditions.
  • The successful candidate will support clients to regain their health and return to work outcomes.
  • Management of caseloads and collaboration with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals are essential duties.
  • Injury prevention and workplace education programs require development and implementation.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences or Rehabilitation Counselling are required.
  • Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC) is necessary.
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded.
  • Fantastic communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders are crucial.
