Our company is committed to providing general insurance advice and arranging products for retail and wholesale clients. To give you personal advice, we may require details of your financial situation, goals, and needs.

Some contracts can impact your insurance coverage. We recommend a legal review before accepting such clauses.

We operate with independence in our services and remuneration disclosure. We may receive commissions, fees, gifts, or other benefits from product issuers, which can affect our impartiality as defined by section 923A of the Corporations Act.

For any disputes, please contact us directly. If unresolved within five days, you can reach out to us for further assistance. If necessary, complaints can be escalated to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).

If we arrange insurance for you, we'll provide a Product Disclosure Statement with details to help you make an informed decision.

Service Payment: Premiums charged by insurers include taxes, charges, and levies. We receive a commission from insurers based on your premium (0-30%). Additional Fees: Fees, if applicable, are shown on your invoice. Trust Account Interest: We retain interest earned on premiums held in our trust account.

As a Steadfast Network Broker, we have access to exclusive services and support. Steadfast also receives fees from insurers to access this network, which may indirectly benefit us.

Client Compensation Arrangements

Our company has a Professional Indemnity Insurance policy covering us and our employees against client claims in line with section 912B of the Corporations Act.
