Showroom Host

Job Description:

A Showroom Host is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming experience for visitors at our Dealership.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Courtesy and Integrity: Maintain the highest standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public.
  • Telephone Answering: Answer telephone calls promptly and in accordance with Company and Brand standards.
  • Welcome Visitors: Ensure all visitors consistently receive a professional and courteous welcome.
  • Email and Database: Utilise the email and database system to record and distribute messages accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Care: Provide refreshments to customers and visitors, assisting as necessary to maximise their comfort while on site.
  • Switchboard Monitoring: Monitor and analyse switchboard and outgoing calls to provide detailed information on enquiry levels.
  • Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers, members of the public and other team members.
  • Telephone Manner: Excellent telephone manner with the ability to quickly build rapport with, and inspire confidence in customers.
  • Personal Presentation: Impeccable standard of personal presentation.
  • Customer Focus: A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
  • Professional Approach: Passionate, enthusiastic, proactive, professional approach.
