We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Small Business Entrepreneurship Coach to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping entrepreneurs transform their business ideas into reality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and developing participants to achieve successful small business outcomes, interviewing prospective participants and assessing business applications, coordinating and conducting training in various Skills Sets and Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business with selected applicants, and assisting with the development of business plans and financial tables.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of small business operations, including cash flow and viability, gained through previous experience running your own business.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and educational skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, coach, and educate participants in this program.
  • Experience in data analysis and business planning, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work in an autonomous, dynamic, and flexible work environment, with an emphasis on high levels of customer service.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) and Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business (BSB40320) - desirable.
