About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our team at Frontline Health Brisbane. As our first Speech Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with dementia and other serious speech-impairing conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech pathology services to our residents, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including podiatrists, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our speech pathology service, including setting up and running your own service and building your own caseload.

About You:
- You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Speech Pathology and current registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
