Trade Counter Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a Trade Counter Assistant to join our team in Bayswater. As part of this role, you will provide customer service and information about products, undertake pick packing and stock control activities, and ensure the branch is tidy and safe.

  • Customer Service Representative:
    • Provide exceptional customer service and information about products
  • Pick Packing and Stock Control Specialist:
    • Undertake pick packing and stock control activities
  • Maintenance and Housekeeping Expert:
    • Maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
  • Data Entry Clerk:
    • Use a computer and be happy to learn new systems

This role would be ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers and has previous experience in retail sales or customer service. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and career with us.
