Business Operations Manager

This role is a pivotal part of our operation in Bendigo, where you will work alongside a dedicated team to provide administrative support.
Duties- Resident Placement: You will handle enquiries and coordinate admissions for prospective residents and their loved ones, providing a warm and informative introduction to our care home.
- Employee Service: You will support and oversee the employee experience, including administering rosters, recruitment activities, onboarding new starters, and managing annual and sick leave.
- Reception/Administration: You will effectively lead the customer and administrative experience function of the care home, ensuring customer service is delivered to the highest standards.
- You will need to have a patient and calm demeanor, with excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite skills are required.
- Previous experience in a similar admin/customer service role is essential.
- You must have highly developed organisation and time management skills, with prioritisation and self-direction.
