About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to take on a key leadership role in our Admin Experience Group as a Senior Enterprise Backend Architect.

We are seeking an experienced architect with a strong background in designing and leading large-scale distributed systems, optimized for availability, performance, and reliability.

You will be responsible for shaping the strategy and evolution of scalable backend systems that support enterprise experiences across large-scale organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and leading backend strategies for high-volume, high-data services, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and enterprise-ready.
  • Mentoring and supporting other engineers, modeling engineering excellence, sharing feedback, and helping build a strong culture of technical growth.
  • Driving architecture decisions for complex systems, making sure what we build meets the needs of large-scale organizations.

  • Deep expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems.
  • Experience mentoring and guiding cross-functional teams.
  • A systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity, using sound judgment to drive clarity, navigate trade-offs, and align teams on complex challenges.
