**Project Planning Opportunity**

A dynamic and fast-paced work environment awaits a seasoned project planner to join our team. As a key member of the planning department, you will play a crucial role in supporting construction projects in Australia and New Zealand.

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with the planning manager for the Asia-Pacific region, leveraging your expertise in Primavera to drive project scheduling and management forward. With a strong understanding of customer project execution and project management principles, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating sales schedules during the tender phase and reviewing subcontractor schedules
  • Maintaining master construction EPC schedules during the construction phase
  • Updating project schedules monthly/weekly
  • Supporting contract departments on EOTs
  • Supporting project managers reporting to clients
  • Creating what-if scenarios
  • Using internal reporting tools
  • Reporting to senior management
  • Managing/critical path

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in EPC construction project planning using Primavera P6
  • Trade or tertiary qualifications with at least 2 years of renewable/construction experience
  • Knowledge of PMI and AACE scheduling practices (desirable)

As a skilled project planner, you will possess excellent communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a deep understanding of delay analysis and Earned Value Management principles. Additionally, you will have experience in S-Curve reporting.
