About the Role
- We're seeking an experienced Director, Product Management to lead innovation and strategy in our dynamic gaming environment. You'll drive the development of cutting-edge gaming products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovative gaming products from roadmap development to product launch.
- You'll build product vision, strategy, and alignment on game features for an engaged player experience through thorough comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitors' products, and players' behavior and feedback.
- You'll manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and drive the product roadmap, game features, mechanics, and delivery process focusing on functional execution and positioning of product success in the market.
- You'll guide products throughout the development cycle; bridging technical and business requirements and driving delivery solutions and processes to meet customer and business needs.
- You'll ensure our games align with players' preferences and company's strategic and commercial goals.
- You'll be the key business owner of the product and content portfolio strategic planning including, strategy for new product introductions, and end-of-life planning.
- You'll direct the prioritization of development resources by roadmap planning based on commercial needs.
- You'll collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create and maintain comprehensive sales enablement materials, execute product marketing and launch strategies.
About You
- You'll have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field.
- You'll have at least 8 years' experience in technical project management, program management, or product management role; casino operations, casino gaming, digital, or gaming industry is of significant interest.
- You'll have at least 4 years' experience leading and managing people.
- You'll have extensive experience with product management lifecycle process and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- You'll have proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive strategy and optimize brand performance.
- You'll have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
- You'll have demonstrated ability in identifying and solving problems effectively and efficiently as they relate to products.
- You'll have well-developed and proven organizational skills with an ability to balance and prioritize a variety and competing demands.
- You'll be commercially astute, self-motivated, and achievement driven.
- You'll be able to travel 20%-30% based on the needs of the business.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package of $AUD120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus benefits such as a hybrid work arrangement, employee reward and recognition program, tailored Employee Assistance Program, Sparks Leadership Workshop for future leaders, quarterly company-wide social events, regular team get-togethers, and corporate flu vaccine voucher.
