Job Title: General Purpose Hand

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic General Purpose Hand to join our team at NRMA Marine. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers while assisting with vessel operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work under the direction of the Master to maintain a safe and compliant marine operation.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Safe deck line and boarding hardware handling.
  • Cleaning of passenger cabin and deck areas in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Watch keeping duties as instructed by the Master.
  • Passenger ticket validation, passenger assistance, and maintain good passenger relations.
  • Safety and satisfaction of passengers on board.
  • Delivery of on-board kiosk beverage sales compliant with Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines.

Requirements

  • NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol license.
  • AMSA General Purpose Hand Certificate of Competency.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
