Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales growth targets for research flow cytometry instruments and reagents in ANZ by aligning with company strategies and developing strong relationships with customers.
- Develop and implement a territory business plan to meet and exceed sales quotas, leveraging marketing initiatives and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in strategic sales within the flow cytometry market with direct engagement with key opinion leaders and influential figures in the scientific community.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve ambitious goals and foster results-driven change.
- A Science degree (or equivalent) and practical flow cytometry experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills and MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency.
