As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality marketing content and supporting various stakeholders across the country. Your role will involve collaborating with different departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Key responsibilities include creating and managing internal communication newsletters, assisting with company events, developing and maintaining a monthly marketing calendar, and working with the Head of Marketing and Digital Brand Manager to execute the company's marketing and digital strategy.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing role is required, along with proven experience in email direct marketing using Mailchimp or similar software.
  • Proficiency in social media management systems such as Sprout Social or similar is also essential, including organic and paid content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • While SEO and Google AdWords experience is not necessary, it would be highly regarded.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have advanced written communication skills to create engaging digital content, as well as strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.

  • Experience in creating marketing content from scratch, including logos, templates, and images, is highly desirable.
  • A motivation to understand the business and industry is essential, as you will be given the tools to achieve this.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work autonomously on projects are also crucial.
