About the Team and the Role

The role will lead the transformation of retail operations through advanced analytics, focusing on passenger behavior, retailer performance, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a retail analytics strategy that supports business objectives, fostering a data-driven culture across departments.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement dashboards and reporting systems to monitor retailer performance and passenger spending behaviors.
  • Data Management & Analytics: Oversee the management of large datasets, ensuring strong data governance and quality standards.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow retail revenue and increase passenger spend across segments.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends by benchmarking against leading airports and identifying emerging concepts early.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Analytics, Economics, or Business, with over 10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or commercial analytics.

You will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering business impact through advanced analytics, data modeling, and large-scale data integration.

Strong commercial acumen, particularly in retail or consumer-facing industries, is essential, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

You will also bring expertise in retail operations, financial forecasting, project management, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable analytical solutions.
