About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Person to join our team at Sonova. As a Store Person, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing of incoming orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Data entry of invoices using SAP, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Handling and dispatching of goods, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Your Profile

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, but not required
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Knowledge of WHS principles and practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Adaptability and flexibility, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
