Your Role:

  • Lead the design of intuitive and inclusive digital experiences.
  • Work in a cross-functional experience squad to design seamless, engaging, and data-informed experiences that drive customer engagement and commercial outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about crafting elegant solutions to complex problems.

The key areas of accountability in this role are:

  • Conduct customer research to identify problems and opportunities, informing product strategy through workshops and co-design.
  • Contribute to product strategy discussions by grounding decisions in customer insights, design thinking, user behavior data, and a 'test and learn' mindset.
  • Rapidly prototype product enhancements responding to customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
  • Create engaging UX/UI designs that deliver on key business metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional roles (Product, Engineering, Data) to prioritize and execute high-impact features.
  • Use real-time data and usability testing to validate design decisions and continuously improve the customer experience.

Experience:

  • End-to-End Product Design: Proven experience designing products end-to-end in cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-Centric Design Thinking: Demonstrated track record of designing experiences that drive engagement, retention, and emotional connection with customers.
  • Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Ability to quickly translate insights into prototypes and iterate based on customer feedback, analytics, and testing.
