Job Title: Head of E-commerce Trading

White Fox Boutique is a leading e-commerce fashion retailer seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of E-commerce Trading to drive the trading sites to the next level. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and leading the e-commerce and digital teams, developing and delivering the annual trading calendar, and owning all site metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the e-commerce and digital teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver the annual trading calendar in collaboration with the Buying, Product, and Merchandise teams.
  • Own and improve all site metrics, including sales, margin, and customer experience.
  • Drive initiatives through pricing, promotions, and new trading opportunities to increase revenue and customer engagement.
  • Improve user journeys for optimal customer experience across multiple regions.
  • Manage the development roadmap based on company projections and needs.
  • Attend and report in weekly trade meetings, providing metrics and insights to the wider team.
  • Ensure strong technical knowledge of e-commerce front-end and back-end, with exceptional problem-solving skills during technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong people management experience, including growing and developing talent.
  • Experience in managing large global e-commerce platforms, with proven sales growth results.
  • Experience using Shopify Plus platform.
  • Experience with leading merchandising tools.
  • HTML, CSS, and basic coding technical skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, website optimization, data mining, and security.
  • Knowledge of buying, merchandising, and range planning processes.
  • Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills.
