  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to align technology solutions with business goals and strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of leading Salesforce and/or Dynamics practices in a consulting or technology environment. Minimum of 8 years of experience in CRM solutions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, manage performance, and drive results. Excellent people management and mentoring skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies for technology practices.
  • Client Focus: Exceptional client-facing skills with a proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
