Qualifications

Education:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience working as a Municipal Engineer or equivalent position in a public agency or private firm

Skills:

Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
