About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping business requirements and delivering enhancements to our client collaboration platform.

This is an opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant product that drives operational efficiency and improves staff and client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with stakeholders to define and document business needs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product enhancements.
  • Contribute to the execution of the National Product Roadmap by analysing feature requests, documenting requirements, and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure business needs are translated into feasible, well-scoped technical solutions.
  • Facilitate alignment across service lines and regions through workshops, working groups, and ongoing collaboration to validate priorities and proposed changes.
