The Role:

  • We're looking for a product management professional to help shape our new mobile game initiatives and contribute directly to the creation of engaging and successful games.
Duties and Responsibilities

You will work closely with our Product Managers, Product Director, and cross-functional teams to support the development and success of new mobile games. Your tasks will include:

  • Supporting Game Development: Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver great games fast.
  • Helping Shape Roadmaps: Contribute to product roadmaps and backlog prioritization based on player insights, data, and market trends.
  • Using Data to Guide Decisions: Work closely with our data team to evaluate performance of features and gameplay, drawing actionable insights to improve engagement and monetization.
  • Contributing to Game Ideas: Help brainstorm and test new game concepts, features, and market opportunities.
  • Feature Development: Support the delivery of large-scale features from gathering requirements and contributing to specs to collaborating on wireframes and supporting QA.
  • Collaborating Across Teams: Act as a central link between disciplines, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution across stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong domain and industry knowledge, making informed and evidence-based decisions.
  • Proficient in playing a supporting role in technical discussions and critical business projects.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Expertise in game economy management.
  • Proven ability to establish and improve processes within a project.
  • Experience conceiving complex features and live-ops functionality in order to optimize already scaled games.
