Job Title: Defence Sector Lead

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our efforts in the defence sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who can create and execute effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and update comprehensive sales plans that outline short and long-term objectives
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through strategic networking and relationship-building
  • Develop robust bid solutions that cover design, program, and project delivery methodologies
  • Respond to requests for expressions of interest (EOIs), pre-qualifications, proposals (RFPs) and tenders
  • Manage the process of selecting, preparing and submitting bids

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in sales or business development
  • A bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or Civil Engineering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
