Support Professional Role


We are seeking a Support Professional to join our team at Endeavour Foundation.



About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Support Professional, assisting people with disabilities to live their best lives and to fulfill their goals and dreams.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with disabilities in their homes and the community, promoting independent living and access to community activities.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal planning, and socialization.
  • Develop and implement support plans to help individuals achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to provide high-quality support services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.


Requirements

  • Qualifications in a relevant field, such as Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability).
  • Experience working with people with disabilities, preferably in a support or care role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work arrangements.
  • Hold a current National Police Certificate, Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow Card, and First Aid and CPR certificate.
