Aged Care Clinical Lead

This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role in an Aged Care setting.
As the Registered Nurse In Charge, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask, prioritise, delegate and manage the delegation process to ensure appropriate quality outcomes within expected or non-negotiable timeframes.
About the Role- Provide clinical leadership to staff and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
- Ensure compliance throughout the home with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative/statutory requirements and regulations.
- An active AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care is preferred.
- Experience with ACFI and accreditation requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to care delivery, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to maintain accurate records and reports, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote high-quality care and services.
